Meet The Founders

Virtual Babysitters Club (“VBC”) was founded by New York City couple, Kyle Reilly and Kristina Hanford, at the start of the COVID-19 crisis in March 2020. They quickly recruited a team of experienced business professionals and talented performers to build a platform to connect professional, out-of-work performers with working-from-home parents so that children stay engaged with interactive, creative, and fun activities.

“We started Virtual Babysitters Club to try and do our part in helping people during this crisis. We are so grateful to all the performers who have provided such wonderful and creative entertainment to the children of families trying to get work done from their homes during this difficult time and to the parents and our corporate partners who have engaged these tremendously talented professionals to help them make ends meet until the Broadway lights brighten our lives again. We also want to thank our team of business and creative professionals who helped us rapidly build and scale VBC’s infrastructure and platform to provide this opportunity for performers, parents, employers…and kids!”
